Popis:	Abstract Arthroscopic saucerization of the lateral discoid meniscus is considered due to an increase in the load of the lateral compartment after high tibial osteotomy (HTO). We report a case of lateral discoid meniscus regeneration after arthroscopic saucerization in a middle‐aged female patient who underwent HTO.
