Popis: Key Clinical Message Herpes zoster is an acute cutaneous viral disease resulting from reactivation of dormant varicella‐zoster virus. The maxillary nerve is the least frequently affected branch of the trigeminal nerve. Rarely, cutaneous lesions can be secondarily infected with Klebsiella species. This report discusses a case of maxillary zoster with nasociliary nerve involvement and Klebsiella superinfection.
