| Popis: | The clinical case report covers rare complications of hemorrhagic vasculitis manifested in the form of macrofocal hemorrhagic pancreatic necrosis that occurred in a patient at an early stage after kidney retransplantation. We have presented clinical and laboratory findings and therapies that helped to avoid serious infectious complications in the course of induction immunosuppressive therapy. |
