| Popis: | The innovative technology of goodwill as a strategic tool of national business entities’ management improvement is widely used in many sectors of the Russian economy in the last decade. The financial crisis of 2008 that exists to the present day has made business management with the use of modern scientific and methodological basis high-priority. Its successful solution is the key to the survival of businesses.This article is very relevant, since the problem of search of the ways to manage and develop intangible resources of business entities is essential in terms of innovative development. This article presents the theoretical and practical importance of analyzing the problems of the formation of goodwill of business organizations of the Russian Federation.The article explains the fact that the increase in the cost of goodwill through mobilization and use of various resources of business entities has a positive effect on the sustainability and competitiveness. |
