The two-step method for treatment of chronic endometritis in perimenopausal women with endometrial hyperplasia

Popis:	Sixty-four patients aged 45-55 (48.12±2.15 years) with simple and complex endometrial hyperplasia without atypia associated with chronic endometritis (CE) were enrolled into a comprehensive clinical and laboratory stud. We developed a two-step method for treatment of CE. The study results suggest that the use of the two-step method for treatment of chronic CE in perimenopausal women with endometrial hyperplastic processes can be considered research-based.
