PERCEPTION BETWEEN DIRECTORS, ATHLETES AND TECHNICIANS ABOUT THE PARANAENSE OLYMPIC TALENT PROJECT FROM THE PERIOD 2012 TO 2016 IN THE MODALITY OF ATHLETICS

Popis: The present study aimed to analyze the perception of athletes, technicians and directors in relation to the TOP Project (Olympic Talent Paranaense). The TOP is executed with resources coming from the Government of the State of Paran, with direct sponsorships and tax incentives. This seeks to benefit athletes with cash aid grants, with the intention of avoiding the evasion of athletes and technicians from the state of Paran, leaving it in a better condition for the development of its activities. The work was methodologically organized from the type of Quali-Quanti research, still having, a descriptive character. The instrument used for the data collection was a semi-structured interview with a non-fixed script; a digital recorder and a notebook for notes. The population studied was composed by those involved in the Talent Olympic Project of the State of Paran, being a sample of 4 technicians of the modality of athletics, 4 directors and 8 athletes. The analysis of the results was initiated through the readings of 16 interviews transcribed by the researcher, and throughout these readings a process of categorization of responses was carried out to facilitate their analysis. From this, the data were presented in tables and frames for a better understanding of the results. With the research it was verified that the answers presented by the athletes are simpler, and search to express their side, pointing out only what matters at the moment, which is to guarantee the scholarship for the next stages of the Project nd receive the cash that the project has committed to give. It is conclude, therefore, that the perception of the athletes is different in relation to the directors and technicians, because they are in a different hierarchical position, exercising different roles of one another, however, the perceptions of managers and technicians are similar, where they arrived in similar answers regarding the TOP in the state.
