Popis: The rural, urban and nomadic communities as the three main modes of social life throughout the history of Iran, despite their relative independence, had a close relationship with each other and had many positive and negative influences on each other. So far, research has been done on the relationship between rural and urban communities, but no comprehensive research has been carried out on the relations between the villagers and the tribes. The present study seeks to investigate how the villagers and displaced people of Iran interact in the Qajar period and analyze the effects of this relationship on the lives of villagers. For this purpose, descriptive-analytical method has been used. The result of this research shows that the relations of the rural and nomadic communities in the Qajar period were often hostile and were shown by the forces of the armed forces as killing and looting of villagers, gripe and burning of agricultural products, banditry and theft of livestock and other property of villagers. One of the disadvantages and backwardness of the villages.
