| Popis: | The parallel implementation of many projects in an organization is a big challenge for Project Managers. While simultaneously managing many projects, it is important to define the dimensions necessary for coordination in order to obtain comprehensive management information regarding both specialized projects and all general project trends implemented across the organization. The lack of comprehensive coordination between the above factors often leads to failure to achieve the assumed results. The aim of the paper is to establish assumptions for criteria to assess the design maturity of an organization. Taking into account the need to analyse the above goal, the author developed the assumptions of the model by assessing the design maturity of the organization on the basis of research carried out in the engineering and design offices. |
