In the present article it is referred the topic related to the development of the communicative competence in the English language through the use of cultural and artistic elements in the discipline Integrated English Practice. The objective of this work consists in determining the main fundamentals of the communicative competence in the English language with a cultural and artistic approach. For this, theoretical assumptions are stated; highlighting communicative competence, Marti´s works of arts as an artistic fundamental, among others. The study was supported in the following research methods: critical analysis of the sources, consult to oral sources, workshops of critical opinions and collective constructions and pedagogical experience. As the result of this research, the formation of the categorical system was determined, which allows the authors to point out the next steps of this study. In the same way, it permitted to establish the possible lack in theory in order to provide a theoretical and practical contribution in the Foreign Language Didactics. It is concluded that this conceptualization is the epistemological base of the main author´s doctoral study for the elaboration of the integrated didactic conception. |
