Popis:	NTRK-fusion positive tumors are a rare finding, but targeted therapy demonstrates persistent and sustained systemic and intracranial responses to entrectinib. This resolution proposes algorithms for diagnosing NTRK translocations in various solid tumors and discuses clinical data on the efficacy and safety of entrectinib.
