TECHNIQUE OF OPTIMIZATION OF THE DLYA TOOL KIT OF INCREASE IN EFFICIENCY OF THE BUSINESS SYSTEM

Popis: In the conditions of high competitiveness of products of the Russian enterprises which determine rates and quality of economic development approaches in formation of business systems become the most important factor of improving competitiveness of the enterprise. Tools (methods and techniques) which are the cornerstone of increase in efficiency of these systems allow without essential investment expenses to increase quality of products or services, to reduce expenses, to improve discipline of delivery. At the same time in various companies these tools take root differently, in various sequence and in various combinations. In some cases it can result in low effectiveness of these tools. It is connected with lack of the formalized technique of optimization of tool kit for increase in efficiency of a business system which will allow to provide the maximum effect in the conditions of restrictions for human and temporary resources. For this reason, development of a technique of optimization of tool kit for increase in efficiency of a business system on the basis of maximizing effect of the transformational project for the concrete enterprise is represented a relevant scientific task. The business system of the enterprise acts as an object of a research. A research objective is development of a technique of optimization of tool kit for increase in efficiency of functioning of a business system. For the solution of this task authors offer to use methods of mathematical optimization. For formation of criterion function of optimizing model by authors the research of efficiency of tools of a business system on the basis of the regression analysis of results of 170 projects implemented by various enterprises of multiindustry holding was conducted. For formation of restrictions statistics on duration of formation of tools was estimated. For the solution of a problem of optimization with restrictions the COBYLA method was used. The developed technique allows to increase efficiency of implementation of transformational projects in various companies (for example, regarding decrease in product cost) by 7-10% due to optimum selection of instruments of increase in efficiency of a business system.
