Popis:	Article focuses on the method of three-dimensional geometric modeling of the tibia based on data of computed tomography, also techniques of determining the optimal geometrical and structural parameters of the proximal tibia fixator by taking into account function and form of the bone are discussed, some results of finite element modeling of the system "tibia - fixator" are described.
