Popis:	Checkpoint inhibitors (CPI) are anticancer drugs that activate the immune response against cancer cells. This type of treatment is highly effective, but also associates with many immunoinflammatory complications, including musculoskeletal. This review presents the current understanding of the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis and therapy of immune-mediated arthropathy in patients receiving CPI.
