| Popis: | To ensure a rapid increase in the level of competences of the population and its compliance with the tasks of sustainable development in the 21st century, the article proposes foundations for the project aiming at the development and testing of technologies for the formation of an integrated intellectualization system. The focus of this research is aimed at identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of intellectualization technologies implemented by universities. The relevance and scientific novelty of the issues underlying this work are due to the growing need for the rapid intellectualization of society in the context of the deployment of integration projects and projects of development as well as security insurance in Eurasia. |
