PENGEMBANGAN KOSIKA (KOMIK SEKITAR KITA) BERBASIS PENDEKATAN REALISTIC MATHEMATICS EDUCATION UNTUK MEMFASILITASI PEMAHAMAN PERKALIAN

Popis: | Penelitian ini diinisiasi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang berbasis kehidupan nyata siswa pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas II. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan komik di sekitar kita (KOSIKA) dengan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education dalam memfasilitasi pemahaman perkalian siswa di kelas II yang valid dan menarik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Uji coba produk pada penelitian ini sebanyak 22 sampel penelitian dalam skala besar, dan 6 sampel skala kecil. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan angket berlandaskan skala likert terhadap penilaian kevalidan dan kemenarikan produk melalui ahli materi, ahli media, guru dan siswa. Hasil kevalidan ahli materi sebesar 92,85%, ahli media sebesar 100% dengan tingkat kategori valid untuk dikembangkan. Hasil kemenarikan produk berlandaskan penilaian guru sebesar 88,39%, sampel kecil sebesar 96,09% dan sampel besar sebesar 95,80% dengan kriteria sangat menarik ketika digunakan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa, pengembangan KOSIKA (komik di sekitar kita) dengan pendekatan RME dalam memfasilitasi pemahaman perkalian dinilai valid, praktis, dan menarik. This research was initiated by the lack of utilization of learning media based on students' real life in mathematics learning in grade II. This research was conducted to develop comics around us (KOSIKA) with a Realistic Mathematics Education approach in facilitating students' understanding of multiplication in grade II that is valid and interesting. The type of research used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Product trials in this study were 22 large-scale research samples, and 6 small-scale samples. The data collection technique used interviews and questionnaires based on a Likert scale to assess the validity and attractiveness of the product through material experts, media experts, teachers and students. The results of the validity of the material expert amounted to 92.85%, the media expert amounted to 100% with a valid category level to be developed. The results of product attractiveness based on teacher assessment were 88,39%, a small sample of 96.09% and a large sample of 95.80% with very interesting criteria when used. The results of the study state that, the development of KOSIKA (comics around us) with the RME approach in facilitating understanding of multiplication is considered valid and interesting. |
