| Popis: | This paper summarized the intradermal needle therapy and nursing intervention on postoperative anxiety in a patient undergoing bronchoscopy. Routine nursing interventions included nursing assessment, dietary guidance, emotional care and so on. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the intradermal needle therapy was carried out to relieve the patient’s anxiety status and improve the compliance with bronchoscopy. (本文总结1例支气管镜检查患者术前焦虑行皮内针治疗的护理经验, 包括护理评估、饮食指导、情志干预等常规护理, 以及基于中医辨证理论行皮内针干预等。经干预, 患者焦虑症状明显改善, 能够顺利配合气管镜检查及治疗。) |
