| Popis: | This article provides the evaluation results of the efficacy of low-dose dipyridamole (CurantylÒ) [1, 2] taken to prevent placental insufficiency in women in the group with a high risk of perinatal pathology and feto-maternal disease in past medical history. The early use of low-dose dipyridamole in high-risk groups contributes to a significant reduction in the frequency of intrauterine growth retardation, premature labour and birth of low birth-weight babies. |
