Popis: | Abstract Graham Little-Piccardi-Lassueur syndrome (GLPLS) is a rare variant of lichen planopilaris, characterized by a triad of clinical signs including follicular spinous papules on the body area, scarring alopecia of the scalp and non-scarring alopecia of the groin and/or axilla. To date, fewer than 50 cases have been described in the literature. We first report a case of GLPLS investigated with non-invasive techniques such as dermoscopy and in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) and successfully treated with narrowband-UVB (NB-UVB) phototherapy. |
