Popis: Introdution: Muscle weakness that is caused by cancer called Cachexia. One of the causes of the formation of the cachexia is the change in protein degradation, and the ubiquitous protease and Autophagy Lysosomes system is the most important protein breakdown system. Resistance training has been one the best stimulator of increasing muscular mass. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a period of resistance training on the muscle protease activity and autophagy flux in mice with cancer induce cachexia. Methods: This study was conducted on 12 male BALB / c mice (age 6 weeks) and CT-26 tumor implanted into them. Then they were divided into two groups of resistance training (n=6) and control (n=6). Training group performed 6 weeks progressive resistance training. The protease activity was evaluated by fluorogenic substrate method and LC3B and p62 evaluated by western blot method. Independent t-test was carried out at P
