| Popis: | This article analyzes the legal framework of the environmentally-friendly energy emerging in the international law. The participation of Ukraine in this process is considered. The article reviews the legal basis for cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, as well as a part of the Energy Charter Treaty and the Energy Community. The article investigates a number of bilateral agreements on the development of various aspects of the environmentally-friendly energy. |
