Popis: Patient-derived tumour organoids are important preclinical models but suffer from variability from the use of basement-membrane extract and cell contamination. Here, the authors report on the development of mimetic nanofibrilar hydrogel which supports tumour organoid growth with reduced batch variability and cell contamination.
