Popis:	The choice of the educational process organization paradigm at the non-state economic university, which balances the conceptual ideas of the institutional education harmonization underlying in the theoretical development, is proved. The authors standpoint on the possible seamless framing of the basic-traditional and learner-centered (educational) paradigm requirements within the competence-based paradigm according to the paradigmatic educational model is presented.
