Popis:	A list of flowering plants and ferns has been compiled for the Golden Gate Highlands National Park, which occupies an area of 11 346 hectares but excludes the adjacent QwaQwa National Park. The checklist comprises 846 taxa (823 species and 23 infraspecific taxa) representing 359 genera in 101 families. Eleven of the species are recorded in the Red Data List (Raimondo et al. 2010) and 64 species are naturalized exotics.
