To address the inconsistent output voltage of each branch in the traditional multi-channel wide dynamic microwave rectifier circuit, a four-channel wide dynamic microwave rectifier circuit with even power distribution is hereby designed, which has a double-barreled voltage doubling rectifier circuit that shares a completely same structure adopted for each branch. As a result, the microwave rectification efficiency of the input power is more than 50% within the input power range of 12mW- 274mW, broadened by 274% in comparison to the power dynamic range of a single channel. Besides, the corresponding input power of the optimal rectification efficiency increases from 16dBm to 21dBm, effectively improving the power level of the rectifier circuit. Additionally, the output voltage of each branch is highly consistent, which is conducive to the direct DC power synthesis at the only one load end and is more suitable for battery charging. Such a circuit accesses to the battery through the voltage-stabilized circuit, and is combined with the 16-element antenna array, it is a practical microwave energy collection device. Finally, an intact microwave wireless charging experiment system is carried out using such a device to achieve 3-meter microwave energy collection and storage. |
