Popis: The courts of special jurisdiction are the courts granted by the Algerian legislator the jurisdiction to combat corruption, and which among them, the military courts have jurisdiction to consider corruption crimes committed by the military, and there are courts that specialize in trying members of the government, judges, and some officials who commit these crimes during As for the Supreme Court of the State, it is competent to try the President of the Republic when he has committed high treason, and the Prime Minister( or Presedent of government) if he has committed felonies and misdemeanors while performing his duties. And the military courts we note that they have started trying the perpetrators of corruption crimes since their establishment, In contrast, we note the absence of the role of the Supreme Court of the State in combating corruption because it was not created despite its stipulation in most successive constitutional amendments, This constitutes a violation of the legal security of the state, as it is not possible to punish its high employees who commit corruption
