Popis:	The treamatode Artyfechinostomum sufrartyfex was identified from the small intestine of the Indian Mongoose and the morphological identification of the parasites was described. The fluke A. sufrartyfex is important considering its significant zoonotic potential, and the present study highlights the first report of occurrence of the parasite in a newer wild host, the mongoose from India.
