Popis: | Difficulties surrounding the realization of public educational policies in French-speaking Belgium lead the author to examine the issue of political legitimization in the light of pleas for reform presented by pedagogical counsellors to teachers. Research shows that these latter initially doubt the formers’ credentials. Being in between fully fledged experts and mere teachers is no sinecure and accounts for all round reticence ! The pedagogical counsellors find that they must first justify themselves before their proposal – a fact which does not strengthen the credibility of the reforms in question. |
