The Problem of Subjectivity in the Sociology of Management

Popis: The article focuses on the "subjectivity" concept consideration. The scientific representations genesis of this definition presented in socio-humanitarian disciplines. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the subjectivity study in the sociology of management, which is aimed at identifying and studying ways how subjects constructing relations in order to jointly solve significant problems. The attention is focused on the fact that in management practice the need to study subjectivity is actualized in situations of assessing the nature of social relations between the power-management vertical and the population. The subjectivity of the population is characterized through a system of interactions between society and the authorities, where the ability to self – organization as a full-fledged social subject is important for society, and for the authorities -the creation of conditions for constructive dialogue. Verification of the proposed assumption requires splitting the category of subjectivity into a set of indicators, with which it is possible to empirically, and then theoretically investigate this phenomenon. In this regard an attempt is made to systematize sociological indicators of this the phenomenon study. They include indicators of group formation of individuals in social communities; indicators of the social communities’ formation in collective social subjects; and indicators aimed at assessing the regulation degree of intersubjective interaction.
