An Environment Monitoring and Recording Device for Traction Converter

Popis: In order to monitor the states of working environment and operating condition of traction converter in real time, record abnormal and pre-caution information of environment parameters and key equipment operating parameters,an environment monitoring and recording device for traction converter is designed. Combined with pre-caution warning and data storage functions,the device is constructed based on ARM+DSP dual-core processing architecture. Six kinds of operating condition parameters and key equipment operating parameters of a traction converter are realized by 36 sensors installed in the traction converter. Real-time monitoring and 512 GB storage of the operating environment parameters and key equipment operating parameters of traction converter are realized at the millisecond level by recording, analyzing, judging and warning operating parameters. The device has passed the relevant test verification of Railway applications—Electronic equipment used on rolling stock (GB/T 25119-2010),which can realize real-time monitoring and fault early warning for traction converter. And it is useful to optimize the design of traction converter and supports a large-capacity data for the fault analysis.
