It was aimed to show a case study about the management of nursing assistance. This paper is descriptive, a case study. As its source of study, the medical clinic in a school-hospital in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais was chosen. For the management, tools as Matrix SWOT, 5W2H and Protocol Forms of Risk Prevention were used in the management of caring in nursing. The tools and the results reached through the tools were contextualized in the light of literature, in which highlights the relevance of these tools. Through its use, it is possible to promote improvements in the given assistance to clients, once it shows opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses and the risk analysis in which the people involved in the care are exposed. In this way, it is needed that the tools are more and more utilized in the daily routine of the nursing work, and that this joins forces with the leadership and the management of care. |
