Popis: | The paper evaluates the effect of the surface treatment on the strength of single-lap adhesive joints made of C45 steel. The samples were joined using an adhesive composition consisting of Epidian 57 epoxy resin and PAC curing agent. The study also used Greinplast mosaic plaster with a grain size of 1.0-1.6 mm as coating. The experiment was carried out for 3 variants of joints: sheet/sheet, sheet+plaster/sheet+plaster, sheet/sheet+plaster. Each variant was divided into 3 methods of surface treatment. The strength tests were carried out on the Zwick/Roell Z150 testing machine. The roughness parameters of the surface’s samples were measured using the HOMMEL TESTER T1000 profilometer. |
