Popis:	The paper shows that in an environment of deepening national identity and substituting the idea of political modernization with major ideological and economic projects of the state, elites gain characteristic impulses of innovative changes. Their implementation in order to clarify the contours of the landscape of tomorrow accelerates the subjects of politics’ mastering new forms of social interaction, requires a re-evaluation of methods, tools, solutions, used by them at different stages of their production and, management, and forming a single integrated whole in the innovation process.
