The text presents in systematic way, in theoretical and reflective character, the qualilative and more excellent aspects, the one that exist in terms of norms and procedures, since the promulgation of the LDB nº 9.394 of 1996 until the moment, that the chance brought in 80 article of the long-distance education to be used as a teach-learning strategy, capable to reduce the barriers of access to the knowledge, mainly eliminating the pitches to the great centers of teaches with the objetive of eradicating the illiteracy and to optimize the educational process aiming at the continuons formation, allowing to the development of abilities and abilities coferring laboratory conditions and improving human being as citizen. |
