| Popis: | In this article the author compare characteristic signs of car theft: stability of criminal activity car thieves, their areas of practice, multiplicity of crimes, repetition of a car theft with signs of criminal professionalism, and as a result the author conclude that car theft is reflected all signs of criminal professionalism, therefore such crimes should be accepted as one of the present form of the professional criminality. |
