The article presents scientific grounds and the authors’ model of diagnostics and management of aggressive culture of students' personality in «Physical Culture» training process in universities. By conducting a pedagogical experiment, during which the above-mentioned model was tested, its high practical significance in increasing the level of motivation of students was proved, which in turn significantly increases the degree of effectiveness of the learning process and the productive acquisition of knowledge. Significant and positive changes in the quality of learning are based on the revealed relationship between aggressiveness, manifested in the form of activity with both constructive and destructive potential, and motivation. |
