| Popis: | The article is aimed at characterizing the features of function of the mechanism for financing the budgetary institutions in the developed and transformational economies and developing practical recommendations for its improvement in the context of economic transformation. The theoretical and practical features of financing the budgetary institutions in the countries with developed and transformational economies were considered. The main instruments for implementation of the mechanism for budget regulation in the context of globalization transformations have been characterized. The need to use the program-target budgeting method to enhance the impact of structural changes in the economy and the social sphere has been substantiated. The main priorities for budget financing in the developed and transformational economies have been defined for both the medium and the long term. |
