Popis:	The paper presents the basic ideas of the noospheric outlook in the context of solving global problems of nature, the individual and the society. Global problems are the result of human loss of the principle meaning of life, values and targets. The noosphere as a sphere of the mind is based on anthropocosmism proclaiming unity and interaction of the man and the cosmos, aimed at spiritual values.
