Popis: Slaughter performance, sensory, and conventional physicochemical indexes of 300 days old Yanjin blackbone chicken and Piao chicken were measured and compared, to investigate the differences in slaughter performance and meat physicochemical properties between Yanjin blackbone chicken and Piao chicken.
