Determining and prioritizing the advantageous factors of defense logistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army

| Popis: | Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the advantageous factors of defense logistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army with the approach of optimal use of limited organizational resources and prioritization of these factors.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The method of collecting information is library and field (interview) and the validity of the questionnaire in the form of content (form) and its reliability has been confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test to the extent of 0.834. The Delphi technique was carried out in two stages based on the opinions of 15 Amadi Aja experts until reaching a general consensus based on Kendall's correlation coefficient test.Findings: A total of 43 indicators were identified in six dimensions and based on a sample t-test test in SPSS software, 37 indicators were confirmed in the form of six dimensions. The confirmed indicators were ranked using the Friedman test. The three indicators of specialized human resources, speed of response and intensity of mobility were respectively given the highest priority.Originality: Therefore, by correcting the policies and focusing on the identified factors, the defense logistics performance cycle of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army will be significantly improved and will lead to a sustainable competitive advantage. |
