This study was carried out in Muratdağı micro-catchment located in Gediz district of Kütahya. In study; various public and private organizations to collect data for the watershed was used in this study. In addition to information was obtained through interviews with people living in the area. This study was discussed versatile with survey (n=315) and observations on economic problem, reasons of outer immigration, agriculture and breeding in the Muratdağı micro watershed included a town and 6 villages. The people living in the basin had defined stoniness and high slope as the most important land use problem. It was determined that people prefer to migrate (% 67) because they live in rural poverty. As a result of the examinations, it was tried to create solutions for the problems determined by taking the opinions of the local people. |
