| Popis: | Recently an increasing prevalence of contact allergy to dyes has been described, but the diagnosis often fails because of a lacking anamnesis and the absence of these allergens in most patch test standard series. Herein, we report the case of a male patient affected by an unusual hand contact dermatitis to disperse red dye. |
