Popis: Tyrosine kinase signalling in cancer cells promotes immune evasion. Here, the authors show that tyrosine kinases engage scaffold protein Shc1 to promote immunosuppression in breast cancer by simultaneously activating STAT3 immunosuppressive signals and impairing STAT1-driven anti-tumour immune responses.
