Popis:	The Constitutional Court decided to halt the passage of a bill due to the submission of an application of amparo. This appeal is submitted on the basis that a decision by the Committee of Justice of the Congress of Deputies infringed the ius in officium of the deputies. The decision regards the acceptatance in respect of an amendment whose content does not correspond to the content of the draft legislation in the pipeline. The President and a member of the Constitutional Court are also being challenged.
