Popis: | Child delinquency is a phenomenon that is often studied both in social, psychological, and legal perspectives. The development of information and communication technology has changed the behavior of people and human civilization around the world. However, with the development of technology and information that is increasingly open, deviant behavior in children continues to grow. With the development of social media, there are also crimes and deviant behavior committed by someone in social media interactions in the form of bullying, online prostitution, and others. This study aims to analyze how deviant behavior in social media in the study of law and criminology. The method used in this research is normative juridical. Normative research is a legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. In this study, the approach and approach to legislation related to this approach are used. This method is used to answer substantially the rules regarding child abuse in social media and the protection provided for children, as well as to look at several factors behind it. |
