| Popis: | Periodontal diseases are currently one of the most important issues in dentistry. The aim of our work was to study the clinical efficacy of osteoplastic material «Bio-Gene» in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its influence on periodontal tissue microcirculation. Application of osteoplastic preparation «Bio-Gene» in the surgical treatment of chronic periodontitis demonstrates a pronounced therapeutic effect and improvement of microcirculation. It can be recommended to a wide dental practice, and apply the laser Doppler flowmetry for the complete information in the clinical setting of the state of microcirculation in periodontal tissues non-invasive method. |
