Popis: | From the exterior ballistics aspect, it is necessary to reduce projectile overall resistance during the flight in order to attain longer range. Projectile overall resistance can be reduced by optimizing its dimensions and shapes. This paper presents the effects of dimensions and shapes of the rear part of a hypothetical 122 mm projectile reduced model on the total aerodynamic resistance coefficient. The model is examined in the trisonic wind tunnel T-36. |
