Popis: In this study, for the first time, multiple monolithic fiber solid-phase microextractions (MMF-SPME) combining with high-performance liquid chromatography was established for the determination of residuals of 39 types of antibiotics, including 12 quinolones, 9 tetracyclines and 18 sulfonamides in meat products (chicken, poultry, beef and mutton) and dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese and butter) in Khuzestan province. To prepare MMF, we fabricated using metal-organic framework deep eutectic solvents, molecularly imprinted polymers (DES@UMCM-1MOF/MIP) and then used it to get a single thin fiber. Subsequently, five thin fibers were bound together to obtain the MMF-SPME. Optimization of the parameters affecting the desorption of antibiotics was performed using Box–Behnken design. Under optimized conditions, calibration graphs for total antibiotics were linear in a concentration range of 5.0–1400 µg L−1 with correlation coefficients of more than 0.995. Limits of detection and quantification were in the ranges of 1.1- 2.3 µg L−1 and 3.3-7.6 µg L−1, respectively. The relative mean recoveries in different samples ranged from 95.1% to 100.0%.
