Popis: Torsades de Pointes (TdP) is a potentially fatal cardiac arrhythmia, defined as the combination of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia with prolonged QT-interval. Hypomagnesemia of any cause can predispose to TdP. We are reporting here a rare case of hypomagnesemia with secondary hypocalcemia presenting with recurrent self-terminating TdP and resuscitated cardiac arrest.
