Popis:	Vertebral metastases (VB) remain a real challenge in spine surgeons. Recent advancements in surgical techniques and oncological management allow a more aggressive approach of the patient with such a pathology, with better results in terms of decreasing pain, improvement of the quality of life. The aim of this paper is to review the optimal surgical planning in metastatic spinal tumors.
