Vocational training and career guidance in the contemporary world is a dynamic process, it represents a complex challenge that education must face at the present time. The research process was carried out on a dialectical-materialist basis and methods were employed at the theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical levels, such as the system approach, modeling, analysis and synthesis, observation, interview, documentary analysis and descriptive statistics the percentage analysis, which allowed the diagnosis of the educational reality and the evidence of the practical validity of the work. The study was carried out in primary schools in the municipality of Los Palacios, working with teachers and sixth graders. The investigation allowed to determine within the regularities identified in the diagnosis, the deficiencies of the teachers to develop this process with the students. To achieve this challenge, a pedagogical strategy was designed to strengthen the process of vocational training and career guidance for agricultural careers in sixth grade teachers. Among its actions were conceived methodological preparation, overcoming course, workshops for managers and teachers. |
